BOMA Québec Announces its 2025–2026 Board of Directors

A Year of Transformation and Action

Montreal, April 10, 2025 – Members of BOMA Québec gathered in large numbers in Montreal for the Association’s Annual General Meeting, celebrating a year marked by innovation, engagement and a significant milestone in its evolution: the unveiling of BOMA Québec’s new brand identity.

A Strategic Repositioning
Part of a strategic process initiated several months ago, this new visual identity reflects BOMA Québec’s ambition to remain the leading authority in property management in Québec. More contemporary, bold and inclusive, the refreshed brand expresses a clear intention: to inspire progress, unite expertise and support the industry in its transition toward increasingly sustainable, innovative and collaborative practices.

A Community in Motion
With more than 31 events and nearly 3,000 participants, 2024 confirmed BOMA Québec’s vital role as a hub for knowledge sharing, training and professional networking. Highlights included two golf tournaments, a memorable holiday luncheon at Windsor Station, and high-level conferences on ESG, smart buildings and energy performance—as well as the annual Symposium, which focused on the resilience of commercial real estate.

A Leader in Environmental Performance
The Energy Challenge in Real Estate, one of the Association’s flagship initiatives, continued to grow, with 303 buildings participating—a 25% increase over the previous year. This growing participation reflects the deepening commitment of building owners and managers to energy efficiency and environmental transition.

A Collective Force Driven by Action
Fueled by the dedication of 85 volunteers, the expertise of its committees and the hard work of its core team, BOMA Québec continues to expand its reach across the real estate sector. Under the leadership of its new Executive Director, Tina Sebti, the Association remains steadfast in its mission: to inspire, equip and bring together tomorrow’s leaders around a shared and mobilizing vision for the future.

The Association also took the opportunity to warmly thank outgoing board members Ralph Karawani and Ryan Zamestrieus, as well as outgoing committee chairs Danielle Jacques and Éric Deblois, for their meaningful contributions.
