  • 8 a.m. - registration and breakfast*
  • 8:30 a.m. - start of conference
  • 9:30 a.m. - end of presentation

Be it at work, at the hospital, at the shopping mall or at school, we spend upward of  90% of our time indoor. That's why indoor air quality has become one of the most important issues for property managers today. Unfortunately, indoor pollution by mold is a reality with which the public and medical profession is not well acquainted, but that can have a direct impact on health.

The objectives of this conference are:

  • to make property owners and managers, as well as other professionals, aware of where mold originates, how and why it proliferates and the effect it has on the health of occupants
  • to discuss the various means of preventive maintenance (exterior and interior of buildings, HVAC systems, etc.) and the work procedures that must be respected on construction sites to prevent the growth of mold
  • to lay out the steps that need to be taken following water damage

Guest speaker: Mr. Robert Labrecque, vice-président hygiène et santé du travail, Le Groupe Gesfor, Poirier, Pinchin
