Introduction of Guest Speakers

A registered microbiologist with a Master's degree in immunology, Nathalie Thibault specializes in infection prevention and health and safety management. An accredited instructor for the past 14 years, she is the director of training at Gestion HB. During the course of her career, she has drafted and implemented several training courses, continuing education programs and disinfection protocols designed for a diverse clientele that includes the pre-school milieu, the transportation sector, schools and office buildings. In collaboration with other registered microbiologists, for the past five years she has been acting as a coach, designing and teaching specific training programs for proper building hygiene. She has written several books, guides, educational tools and video capsules on how to prevent infections.
An excellent communicator, she is skilled at conveying complex information clearly and simply, and is an esteemed coach and teacher. Her sharp microbiologist's eye makes for an avant-garde vision of public health. Her professional objective is to make the invisible visible, so as to adequately assess risks of infection and to improve building hygiene.

A biologist and registered microbiologist, Dominique Tremblay is an instructor in infection prevention and public health at Gestion HB. Her training sessions focus on updating sanitary maintenance techniques and cleaning and maintenance practices in the health sector, the pre-school milieu and private institutions. She has been designing and presenting client-specific training programs for more than ten years. She also provides diagnoses and validates protocols, acting as a coach, mentor and sanitation specialist for diverse clients. She offers personalized support and guidance that responds to clients' specific training needs and helps to ensure that agreed-upon objectives are reached.
Her strong analytical and organizational skills reflect several years in compliance and quality control. A dynamic teacher passionate about her work, she is greatly appreciated for her positive approach to education and her skill at communicating complex concepts. Hundreds of hours of training attest to her professionalism and high level of satisfaction among those attending her courses.
