Mixed-use projects continue to multiply, and many of them are established as Condominium Syndicates. Offices, residential condos, commercial spaces, community facilities, hotels, commercial parking, multi-residential, rental properties, and more coexist within one or multiple syndicates, creating significant challenges for each entity, their managers, suppliers, and the board of directors.
We will demystify, among other things, the general functioning and decision-making process within a Condominium Syndicate, the various entities and parties that make up the syndicate, as well as their relationships, responsibilities, budgets, and allocation keys.
An initiative of BOMA Québec’s Building Management Committee, this event aims to equip managers and property owners with the tools they need to navigate the complex challenges of mixed-use condominium syndicates. Join us as we explore practical and strategic solutions to the unique challenges of integrated real estate projects.
