The North American, U.K. and German office sectors reported overall healthy leasing fundamentals at the mid-point of 2016. Despite positive absorption on both sides of the Canada-U.S. border, vacancy in Canada has risen, while the U.S. rate decreased year-over-year, bringing vacancy in the two countries into closer alignment than at any time since the Great Recession.
