Building Operations Team Award (Access the application form)
Highlights operational teams excelling in system maintenance, management, and innovation, ensuring the smooth operation of buildings.

Tenant Fit-Out Award (Access the application form)
Honors fit-out projects that combine creativity, functionality, and responsiveness to tenants’ needs, transforming spaces into inspiring and productive environments.

Shared Amenity Space Award (Access the application form)
Celebrates initiatives that design attractive and functional shared spaces, promoting occupant well-being and enhancing building value.

These new categories are open to teams working in commercial, office, institutional, industrial, retail, residential, or mixed-use property management sectors. Participants must be members of BOMA Québec.
