BOMA Québec, the largest association of commercial building owners and managers in Québec, is proud to announce the appointment of Ms. Tina Sebti as its new General Manager. She succeeds Matthieu Ménard, who has chosen to refocus his efforts on the sustained growth of his company, Gestion PGA, while allowing BOMA to continue its development under dedicated leadership aligned with its growth ambitions.

A Committed and Visionary Leader
A graduate in business administration from HEC Montréal in 2013, Tina Sebti quickly distinguished herself as an inspiring leader, building a rich and diverse career in business management, marketing strategy development, and corporate governance. Visionary and rigorous, she combines expertise in communications and business development with a unique ability to adapt and excel in diverse professional environments. Known for her positive leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, Tina Sebti was named a diversity ambassador in 2019 by Concertation Montréal (Groupe des Trente) and recognized as an impact intrapreneur by the Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Montréal in 2022 (Génération d'impact). These distinctions highlight her influence and dedication to creating inclusive environments that foster opportunities for all.

Before this appointment, Tina Sebti held leadership positions in various sectors, including philanthropy, education, and finance, demonstrating a strong ability to blend strategic vision, operational management, and organizational development. In addition to her strategic roles in the corporate world, she has supported numerous entrepreneurs in launching and growing their businesses as a business consultant. An entrepreneur at heart, Ms. Sebti also founded and led her own e-commerce business from 2019 to 2022. Today, she continues to leverage her expertise and passion to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
