5 to 8 p.m.

85 Rue Dalhousie, Québec, QC G1K 8R2

Schedule

  • 5:30 to 6 – Visit of the museum’s mechanical room
  • 6 to 7:00 – Presentation
  • 7 to 8:00 – Networking cocktail reception

The purpose of the event is to present various tools and services available that can optimize and reduce operating costs in your building.

Many managers who have invested considerable sums in energy efficiency measures find that the expected results have diminished or disappeared, and wonder why that is the case. It's crucial to know where you're starting from and what you're trying to achieve.

That's why we'll be looking at the various control phases required to make tangible improvements, starting with the recommissioning of electromechanical systems, which is a project in its own right. We will also explore the transition toward an ongoing commissioning service that involves human intervention, as well as the use of complementary artificial intelligence tools (IA ongoing commissioning) for ever finer technological optimization. Each of these services is of paramount importance, given that requirements vary according to each building or property portfolio.

A major challenge lies in the quality of the experience and the knowledge of the human resources involved in the improvement plan. That's why we'll be focusing on these crucial aspects to ensure the success of the initiatives undertaken.
