BOMA BEST Smart is now recognized by GRESB

BOMA BEST is pleased to announce that GRESB now recognizes the BOMA BEST Smart Program. BOMA BEST Smart certification will earn partial points for BC1.2 operational building certifications. BOMA BEST Smart is included in Annex 4a of the GRESB 2024 Real Estate Assessment Reference Guide and is selectable in the GRESB Asset Portal since June 8. This inclusion highlights the growing importance of smart and sustainable building certifications in global real estate benchmarking.
